Yes, the LUTs have been tested with both S-Log2 and S-Log3 and work reliably with both profiles.

No, the LUTs are designed for direct drag-and-drop use on the raw clip.

Apply the LUT in the Creative tab. It is a creative look LUT designed for properly exposed S-Log3 footage, not a neutral Log-to-Rec.709 conversion.

Not at the moment. Support for additional camera systems is currently in development, with Fujifilm LUTs planned to be released first.
